💳 Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fairloan Consultants, we prioritize clarity, accountability, and professionalism in all our engagements. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Scheduled Consultations and Sessions

All appointments and sessions with our consultants are scheduled in advance to ensure mutual availability and preparation.

• Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of emergency, which must be communicated and approved on a case-by-case basis.

• No-shows, where a client misses a session without providing any notice, are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling credit.

2. Service Packages and Retainers

If you have purchased a consulting package or entered into a retainer agreement:

• Unused hours may be eligible for partial refunds only if cancellation occurs within the first 7 days of the agreement and no sessions have been delivered.

• Once services have begun, retainers are non-refundable, and all sessions must be used within the agreed-upon time frame.

3. Digital Resources and Reports

From time to time, Fairloan Consultants may provide digital materials or deliverables, such as strategy documents, business assessments, or implementation roadmaps.

All digital or downloadable products are final sale and non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that emergencies and special cases can arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, you may contact us at info@fairloanconsultants.com with a detailed explanation. Each case will be reviewed individually, and Fairloan Consultants reserves the right to make the final determination.
